1. GENERAL INFORMATION

the Koladent online store, as well as the purchase of
products through it.

By placing an order you accept these terms in their
entirely. If you do not agree, we ask that you do not
use our store.

2. PRODUCTS

2.1. CollaGum is a topical collagen powder
     intended for gum care and oral hygiene.

3. PURCHASE PROCESS

3.1. To place an order you must:
     — Select the product and add it to the cart.
     — Enter your shipping and payment details.
     — Confirm the order and make the payment.

3.2. Once the order is completed, you will receive an email
     confirmation with the summary of your purchase.
     This email does not constitute final acceptance
     of the order, but not an acknowledgment of receipt.

3.3. Koladent reserves the right to cancel orders
     in cases of pricing errors, lack of stock, or
     suspected fraudulent use, with full refund
     to the customer.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

4.1. Prices shown in the store include
     applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.

4.2. Shipping costs will be shown in detail
     before confirming the order.

4.3. We accept the payment methods enabled in the
     store (credit/debit card, PayPal, or others).
     All payments are processed through payment gateways
     secure with SSL encryption.

4.4. Koladent does not store payment data. Processing
     is fully managed by the payment provider.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

5.1. We ship to mainland Spain, Islands
     Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and countries of the European Union.

5.2. The estimated delivery times are:
     — Mainland Spain: 3–8 business days.
     — Islands and Europe: 5-10 business days.

     causes beyond Koladent's control.

5.3. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with

5.4. Koladent is not responsible for delays caused

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

7. WARRANTY AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

7.1. If you receive a defective, damaged, or

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
