TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

These Terms and Conditions regulate the access and use of
Koladent's online store, as well as the purchase of
products through it.

By placing an order, you accept these terms in their
entirety. If you do not agree, we ask that you do not
use our store.

2. PRODUCTS

2.1. CollaGum is a topical collagen powder
     intended for gum care and oral hygiene.
     It is not a medicine or a medical product
     subject to medical prescription.

2.2. The descriptions, images, and testimonials published
     in the store are for informational purposes. Results
     may vary from person to person.

2.3. Koladent does not guarantee specific results or
     substitute the advice, diagnosis, or treatment
     of an oral health professional.

2.4. If you have a diagnosed medical or periodontal condition,
     consult your dentist or periodontist before using the product.

3. PURCHASE PROCESS

3.1. To place an order, you must:
     — Select the product and add it to the cart.
     — Enter your shipping and payment details.
     — Confirm the order and make the payment.

3.2. Once the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email
     with a summary of your purchase.
     This email does not constitute final acceptance
     of the order, but rather an acknowledgment of receipt.

3.3. Koladent reserves the right to cancel orders
     in cases of pricing errors, out-of-stock situations, or
     suspicion of fraudulent use, with a full refund
     to the customer.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

4.1. The prices indicated in the store include applicable
     VAT, unless otherwise stated.

4.2. Shipping costs will be shown in detail
     before confirming the order.

4.3. We accept the payment methods enabled in the
     store (credit/debit card, PayPal, or others).
     All payments are processed through secure gateways
     with SSL encryption.

4.4. Koladent does not store payment data. Processing
     is managed entirely by the payment provider.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

5.1. We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands,
     the Canary Islands, and European Union countries.
     For other destinations, please check availability
     at hola@koladent.com.

5.2. Estimated delivery times are:
     — Mainland Spain: 3–8 business days.
     — Islands and Europe: 5-10 business days.
     These times are indicative and may vary
     due to causes beyond Koladent's control.

5.3. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with
     the tracking number.

5.4. Koladent is not responsible for delays caused
     by the shipping company, adverse weather conditions,
     or force majeure situations.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1. In accordance with European consumer regulations
     (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw
     from your purchase within 14 calendar days from
     the receipt of the order, without needing to provide a reason.

6.2. To exercise this right, notify us before the deadline
     expires at: hola@koladent.com

6.3. The product must be returned in its original condition,
     unopened and in its original packaging. Returns of
     products that have been opened or used will not be accepted,
     unless they have a manufacturing defect.

6.4. Return costs are borne by the customer,
     unless the reason is a Koladent error
     or a defective product.

6.5. The refund will be made within a maximum of
     14 days from the receipt of the returned product,
     using the same payment method used
     for the purchase.

7. WARRANTY AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

7.1. If you receive a defective, damaged, or
     incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours
     of receipt at hola@koladent.com with photos
     of the product and packaging.

7.2. Koladent will replace the product or issue
     a full refund according to the customer's preference,
     at no additional cost.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1. All content in the store — including texts,
     images, logos, videos, designs, and the
     KOLADENT brand — is property of Koladent or has
     the corresponding license.

8.2. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use
     of any content without express written authorization
     from Koladent is prohibited.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1. Koladent will not be liable for indirect,
     incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use
     or inability to use the products.

9.2. Koladent's maximum liability for any
     claim will not exceed the amount paid by the
     customer for the corresponding order.

10. MODIFICATIONS

Koladent reserves the right to modify these
Terms at any time. Changes will take effect
from their publication in the store. Continued use
of the store after publication implies acceptance
of the new terms.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit
to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile,
in accordance with current consumer protection regulations.
